Compensation: Hourly plus Incentives (D.O.E)

We are searching for a Salesperson. Preferably someone with at least 5 years of experience working in Sales (Outdoor Power Equipment experience is a plus). You would be responsible for building your book of business and networking by investing in community and customer relationships. In addition, someone who is constantly in “Think, Plan, and Prepare” mode to build client bases and keep pipelines full.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
Sells Outdoor Power Equipment products and/or services to meet customer needs
Can effectively and accurately read sales material and parts diagrams
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Assists in keeping sales floor clean and orderly
Answers telephone calls and e-mail correspondence promptly
Handles cash and other forms of payment appropriately
Other required skills:
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Able to learn quickly and utilize problem solving skills
Work independently and maintain a positive team-oriented focus
Open availability (This position requires working on Saturday)
