Returns on web-orders are accepted for exchange only.

All exchanges must be authorized by Stark Street Lawn & Garden.

Some special order items are non-returnable.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Returns will only be accepted for thirty days from the receipt of your order.

Electrical items, engines, short blocks, decks, tires, gaskets, seals and accessories etc, are non-returnable.

Merchandise must be in new condition, within its undamaged original packaging.

Shipping charges are not refundable and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
